We emphasize roles over titles. Members can hold multiple roles based on skills, interests, and organizational needs. Roles evolve as we grow.

- Leading Member - Manages a specific client contract
- Project Guardian - Oversees a Love Work initiative
- Board Member - Elected to handle operational governance
- Learning Experience Designer - Creates educational programs
- Community Weaver - Nurtures relationships and culture
- Systems Steward - Maintains organizational infrastructure
Creating or changing roles:
- Identify a need or opportunity
- Propose the role with clear responsibilities
- Discuss with affected team members
- Document the role in the handbook
- Roles can overlap and evolve naturally
